5 REASONS YOU’RE ALWAYS STARVING: Hunger management to reach weight loss goals, from a New York State certified dietitian nutritionist
People often tell me they are “starving” all day. The first question I ask is where in your body is the hunger signal/feeling coming from. If it is from the stomach, then you are actually hungry. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist working with patients for over 35 years, I understand how hard it can feel to achieve sustainable weight loss. It’s definitely possible with the right diet plan and strategies, in particular ones that address hunger, cravings, and learning to trust your body’s hunger and fullness cues.
