Resolutions for Diet, Weight Loss, and Getting Healthy from Long Island RDN: How to manage your food all year


Are you ready to make your 2023 resolutions?  Your list may need to include those for weight management and health promotion. As a registered dietitian with over 30 years working with patients, I believe any time is a good time to make changes to promote health, a healthy weight, and sustainable weight loss. I really appreciate this great post by Sharon Palmer, RDN. These are great ideas that I often recommend to manage your food all year round.
